By accessing or using ChopMoney's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ChopMoney provides a digital bookkeeping and invoicing platform designed for small businesses. Our services include invoice creation, expense tracking, customer management, inventory tracking, and financial reporting tools.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial of our Pro plan. During the trial:

• No credit card or payment information is required
• You have full access to all Pro features
• After 7 days, your account will revert to the Free plan unless you upgrade
• All data created during the trial remains accessible
• You will not be automatically charged at the end of the trial

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

ChopMoney offers Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan
• Payments are processed through our authorized payment providers
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the service to transmit viruses or malicious code
• Collect or store personal data about other users without consent

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into ChopMoney. You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your data solely to provide our services to you. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

ChopMoney and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ChopMoney and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChopMoney is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice when possible.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
